Zu den Funktionen und Merkmalen des 5320 gehören außerdem spezielle Musiktasten, ein 3,5-mm-Audio-Anschluss, bis zu 24 Stunden Musikwiedergabe, ein spezieller Audiochip für Hi-Fi-Sound, Unterstützung von bis zu 8 GByte großen Speicherkarten, High-Speed USB zum schnellen Übertragen von Musik von dem PC auf das Handy und schnelle mobile Datenverbindungen über UMTS mit HSDPA.
Dank eines mit umfassenden Funktionen ausgestatteten Internet-Browsers können Nutzer Medien und Inhalte ganz einfach finden und austauschen. Darüber hinaus sorgen spezielle N-Gage Spieletasten für echte N-Gage Spielerlebnisse – auch im Querformat. Für schnelle Downloads bietet das Nokia 5320UMTS mit HSDPA. Mit der Auslieferung des Gerätes wird voraussichtlich im 4. Quartal 2008 begonnen. Der Verkaufspreis ohne Vertrag und ohne Mehrwertsteuer wird bei ca. 220 Euro liegen.
